1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are an industry and trade integrated company with our own production lines and factory. We control quality, lead time and price directly.

2. What products do you mainly supply?

We mainly supply faucets in different materials, cartridges, bathroom fittings and related sanitary ware products.

 

3. Do you have your own brands?

Yes. We have YLEMME (premium high-end line) and another economic brand for bulk orders, to meet different market needs.

 

4. Do you accept OEM & ODM orders?

Yes, we support OEM & ODM. Custom logo, color, design, packaging, and mold development are all available.

 

5. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

MOQ depends on the item. Usually, small trial orders are acceptable for existing items. For customized products, please consult our sales.

 

6. How about your product quality and certifications?

Our products are made of high-quality, safe, durable, and lead-free materials, and meet international safety and hygiene standards.

 

7. How long is the production lead time?

For general items: 10–15 days after deposit.

For customized or bulk orders: 30-45 days, depending on quantity.

 

8. Can we get free samples?

We can provide existing samples for quality checking. Usually, the low-value sample is free, but you need to bear the shipping cost.

 

9. What payment terms do you accept?

Mostly, we accept T/T, but we can also accept payment terms if available.

 

10. Which shipping method can you provide?

We support sea freight, air freight, express delivery, and door-to-door service, depending on your location and order quantity.

 

11. Which markets do you mainly export to?

Our main markets are North America, South America, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other global markets.

 

12. Do you offer after-sales service?

Yes. We can provide after-sales support for quality issues, technical questions, and usage guidance.

 

13. Do you have a warranty for your products?

We offer a reasonable warranty for our products, normally 2 years, depending on the different products. If there is a quality problem under normal use, we will solve it promptly.
